-Pay was OK as it was based on 14 months of pay.

-Suffocating work environment. -Lack of management oversight and meritocracy - this meant colleagues spending merely a couple or few hours working with the rest of the time spent smoking outside. -Incredible amount of politics within the teams and even among upper management, meaning work was stifled. -Lack of clear vision for the product, and decisions often made on a whim without much thought. -No opportunities for upward mobility.
