Pros
The company culture is really great and the values that they want to have in the organization. They are pro-employees. The local leaders are really good mannered. The company benefits/perks are really good (hybrid) and working independently is encouraged.
Cons
Our pioneering manager from was replaced by a new Onshore manager, and everything went crazy. As an associate auditor, I believe the change in management has really affected the manner by which projects are executed and it was not handled effectively, which made middle management quit. Also, I the annual health certificate renewals are a hassle as these are chargeable to the employees.
