With regards to your comments around career progression, this is something that is so important to us. We now have a continuous performance management system that allows our employees and their managers to set objectives and receive feedback throughout the year to aid development as well as celebrating our achievements as individuals and as a company. We have also recently introduced two frameworks to encourage career progression. Our Career Framework gives all our employees access to the knowledge, skills and experience required for existing roles and careers and aids development conversations with their managers. We also have a Competency Framework which captures each competency required by our people to perform in their roles, showing them the behaviours we value to progress up the Career Framework and helps them with their own development. Finally, we have a brand-new careers portal for our employees including all our roles – advertise our hot jobs weekly.
