Position was 100% remote. Good medical/dental benefits
Cons
There was a constant issue of retention within our customer service department. Therefore, the company enforced mandatory overtime which lasted for 8months. The pay was inadequate for the job description which can be deceiving based on the job post. Overtime pay wasn't nearly enough to make a difference regarding the exhaustion employees faced. Also, they don't provide sick days and PTO is very limited. The position was not worth the time or energy in terms of pay and benefits.
