Pros

The job is fully remote

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, poorly managed, despite what they keep saying there is no possibility of progression whatsoever, wreck your head with nonsense meetings where they just keep telling you how great the company is. Training is poor, worst job you could get for what they're paying

Cons

poor and unskilled management, salary frozen forever, salary does not reflect role in company, too much competition for places, too much discipline

Pros

People, package like health insurance and pension are good. Good social groups

Cons

Politics, politics, politics. Length of hours worked (regardless of quality) * number of times you agree with management = career prospects. You can never speak up question management. The lowest level are held to the highest standards, management are not, they can be terrible its never a problem. I never saw a manager on a Performance Improvement Plan, but it happened to employees all the time.
