      Pros

      Good people. Nice place to start your career. You can have a super learning on ground if you get the right projects with good managers.

      Cons

      Work life balance is horrible. Managers treat employees as slaves. Bi weekly fly backs for married guys to home country, poor compensation, work at night and on weekends.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
