      If you find the right group and leader you have a path for growth.

      Cons

      Name recongnition is bad. Protiviti has to sell twice as hard as big 4 getting projects, even with the same credentials. Also, the name Protiviti is unfortunate (probably got a big discount from whoever came up with it).

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
