Approachable seniors who are willing to mentor you and place you on projects as long as you put in the work and hours. People are great to work with and work engagements are interesting. Good diversity programs as long as you are willing to explore within.

Cons

Sometimes leadership should be more aggressive with timelines and deadlines to push consultants to grow

Pros

Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
