      Fine place to start career

      Cons

      Work is not good, get thrown on audit projects or MBS projects. Pay is bad compared to big 4 and pay is not equal between solutions. Disparity only gets larger in higher positions.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
