      Location, good initial training when starting the job

      Cons

      Working hours, no flexibility. Taking time off for you holiday can be difficult. No management on site. Some test centres are very shabby. Short staffed at times.

      It can be flexible at times. I enjoyed my team, and everyone worked well together for the most part; given the ones that wanted to be there.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth. High turnover. Very monotonous.
