Pros

Some of the staff members were legitimately great people.

Cons

Whatever your career path may be, Project Solutions, Inc. is not what you're looking for. It is never a good sign when the owner and upper management of the company can't adequately describe what the company does. ("We'll do anything! If you have a problem, we have a solution.") This is a sign to anyone that you should be looking elsewhere. In my nearly 2 years with the company, I saw an incredible amount of turnover of both lower level staff and upper management. When the company struggled to pay salaries, the owner fired critical personnel before the friends she had hired. One of the many reasons for the high turnover rate is low employee personnel. The expertise and education of personnel is ignored, and people often find themselves completing work they have no interest or background in. Additionally, the owner has taken it upon herself to simultaneously micromanage and control every aspect of each employees job while refusing to complete any actual work herself. Everything the company does is completed at the last possible moment and without any effort from upper management. This should be a warning to any government agency or private firm considering hiring PSI for a project. Your project doesn't matter enough to be consistently staffed or completed on time, and the owner undoubtedly has a rolodex of excuses ready to explain why. I cannot stress the importance of avoiding this company enough. I hope everyone currently employed there can eventually find a way to escape this miserable business.
