      Great management team, very safety and people oriented.

      Cons

      None so far, only 2 shifts 4 days a week, 12 hour shifts. Might not work for some people.

      Decent benefits, decent pay also.

      Cons

      2 10 minute breaks and a 20 minute lunch, the rest of the day is non stop work for 11 hours of tedious, stressful work. Management pushes numbers and sets you up to fail.
