The recruiter was nice but was highly disappointed when she ghosted me. I applied. Initially she said my background was impressive but because they want someone with manufacturing experience. The next day got message saying that my background stuck with her and she would like to do an initial call. Interview went good. She said that she will share my resume with the hiring manager and she was also clear that due to not having manufacturing experience, hiring manager may not move forward. This was Friday and she said she will let me know by the following Monday. Monday came, gave her till the end of the day. Reached out the end of the day. Tuesday did the same thing. Followed up end of the day and again Wednesday. After that I decided to put it past me. If she doesn’t want to move forward with me that okay. I understand. Thank you for trying but at least let me know. Especially after my background was impressive enough to be given another chance.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ProAmpac (Carnew) in Jul 2024
Interview
Quiet room, asked about weekend availability, overtime, experience, not much about personal life or about company culture. Interviewed by a manager who oversees operations in their factory itself in Carnew
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ProAmpac (Westfield, MA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Not Technical At all, had very little technical questions, was very laidback and enjoyable. Very much enjoyed hearing about how the company functions and how my role would impact the entire company.
