1.it's a paying job and not a long term career 2.pay check that pays the bills until you find something better later on 3.redeemable points that you may be able to use if you hang around for long time 4.hard working team around to always help
Cons
1.lack of training, lack of staff main reason is low pay, difficult to remain positive 2.none-sense motivation speeches and reasons to wok harder if company doesn't back it up with offering raises ( raises are pretty much none-existence)
