      Lack of innovation and willingness to change

      Pros

      Nothing. Bunch of monkeys running the show out of Toronto and Edmunston. One director is only worried about himself!!!

      Cons

      Sold a bill of goods upon hire that the environment fosters change and collaboration. Certain executives out for themselves. They feel threatened by others with great ideas

      Fast paced, difficult mangement, not much promoting from within

      Pros

      This company will keep you very busy. Most employees do the work of about three or four different people so if you like a stressful and fast paced enviornment than this is the place for oyu!

      Cons

      People are fired very quickly and with basically no notice leaving the rest of the employees with more work to do. The leaders seem out of touch with the moral of the company. People are constantly quitting.

      Pros

      Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits. Wonderful co-workers, but everything else about the work environment was very hit and miss.

      Cons

      Arbitrary and non-sensical limits on intradepartmental hiring: you cannot get a promotion within your department before working there for at least nine months, regardless of competency. Hiring someone from outside the company and training them from scratch is perfectly in order, however. Training resources were abysmal, probably due to drastic cost-cutting on key customer-facing departments such as technical support. That department also suffered from arbitary and irrelevant performance metrics.
