Pros
Ability to build my own opportunities, encouraged to have candid conversations with managers and peers, high expectations around holding one another accountable (across all levels), flexibility around family when the unexpected things come up and finding ways to make things work, and not feeling micromanaged. Self/professional-development is highly encouraged and supported by everyone.
Cons
Still working through the challenges of being a younger/fast growing company and the "best ways" for doing things are not all in place yet. This can also be an exciting thing to be a part of though as well.
