Cons
Work culture is terrible. Management treat subordinate like animals or slave. They will ask you to work from morning 8 to 10 PM at night. No holiday on festivals like Holi & Diwali. Not at all employee friendly organization. They won't allow you to take sick leave even if you have more than 15 sick leaves in your account. Doesn't matter how good you perform they will never appreciate. They will force you to work more than 12 hours a day. This is against law but still HR won't do a thing about it. In my total work experience i will rate this organization as the worst organization. At the time of hiring they will tell you to travel 20-25 kms but after joining they will force to travel 150+ kms a day. No matter how much you have traveled or how hard you have worked, if you don't answer the call of your reporting manager once they will mark Leave without pay. Management will harass & mentally torture you for business.
