Company lacks the vision going forward. Moreover, you do not have any job security whatsoever and trust me when I say that. I was under the impression initially for few months that company care about its employees, but i realized with time that this ain't the case. It can layoff its employees without even giving them a single warning. Its been almost a year since I joined and already seen company firing off its employees twice in such a short span and that too without any solid reasons to back it up.

Everything is cons, nobody is there for listening your issues, Tl think they are king and can rule on associatie, third class behaviour, pathetic policies and saygive appointment letter after 1.5month which is wrong , no punctuality in management , i never refer anyone for this company , really such a big mistake i took decision to join this company , unemployed is better than do work with these such kind of company. Strict behaviour like we do work not in office in boarding school. Never buy policy from them not provide good service. You will just found in the end that you just trapped.
