Pros
- Smart ppl getting things done! Goal oriented with less red tapes. - Learning opportunities: fast grow tech company with tons going on which brings massive learning opportunities. Great for professionals who are looking for learning and growth for their career. - Collaborative people: people are generally very collaborative here, my immediate team is super caring for each other. - Pay & Benefits: good pay and benefits with perks, especially for those high performers. Pension could be better though. - Flexible environment: my first "no dress code" company; work-from-anywhere & flexible-personal-time-off programs are great, however it may be a little tough to enjoy those due to workload. - AI focused: tons opportunities to try out/experiment AI's at work, giving us a head start of gaining the AI knowledge since it's inevitably coming.
Cons
Fast growth definitely put the company through some growing pains. From a support function perspective, processes, workflows and tools are not up to speed to catch with the org growth, but that's what brings opportunity for us to work on!
