Management : management openly tells staff to violate Manufactures PM instructions, when confronted they state that the customer wants it that way, they backtracked immediately
Blatant violation of federal law : several coworkers and I were threatened with termination for discussing pay, which is illegal.
Blatant favoritism : Management has clear favorites who incorrectly perform PMs, nothing is done and they openly brag about being able to get away with anything.
Zero accountability : when these issues were brought to HR and senior management, nothing was done.
