Pros
As any big company, Philips has great things to offer for mid-manager level up, like car, good bonus, pension plan, and a good salary. For those interested, it is not uncommon to have talents doing assignments in Netherlands or even moving there.
Cons
My dissatisfaction is more related to the strategy the company is following than to any internal conditions. Short term is total priority and monthly controlled results keeps the company from making mid-long terms decisions that are needed to have a solid business and to preserve the culture and pleasure of building something (it is only spin-off business).
