- NA leadership has very little experience.
- The installation of Lean principles into the sales force.
- Company morale is in the tank and no one at the top cares.
- The company is incapable of collecting it's AR, consistently.
- Continued mass exodus of leaders who know what they're doing.
In summary:
New NA CEO is destroying the company.
During your interview, ask why so many of the NA executives have left in the last 12 months.
The product quality is suspect and they're trying to drive Lean principles into the wrong parts of the organization.
Do yourself a favor, stay away!
