Pros

As a QA Engineer at Performio, I’ve had the chance to work with new tools and technologies, including CI/CD pipelines, which have greatly enhanced my skills. The team here genuinely works as one, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration and support. Everyone is aligned with the "play to win" mindset, and it’s inspiring to be part of such a motivated group. The company culture is one of the best things about Performio—people are approachable, ideas are valued, and there’s a real focus on growing together. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow your skills, work with a great team, and enjoy a positive work environment, I’d highly recommend Performio.

Cons

Nothing worth mentioning—it’s been a positive experience overall.

Pros

One of the standout aspects is the transparency exhibited by the senior leadership team. They consistently communicate the company's vision, goals, and performance, which fosters a sense of trust and clarity among employees. Regular town halls, open-door policies, and accessible leaders create an environment where information is readily available and questions are welcomed. The company culture promotes teamwork and collaboration. Colleagues are generally supportive, and there are ample opportunities for cross-functional projects that enhance learning and professional growth.

Cons

Despite the many positives, the workload and expectations set by management are often overwhelming. Employees frequently face tight deadlines and high-pressure situations, which can lead to burnout. The company would benefit from reassessing its project timelines and resource allocation to ensure a more sustainable work-life balance for its employees. Due to the high demands, achieving a healthy work-life balance can be challenging. Extended hours and weekend work are not uncommon, which can negatively impact personal time and well-being. There are instances where the available resources do not match the scope and scale of the projects. This mismatch can create additional stress and hinder the ability to deliver quality work within the expected timeframes.
