Pros

Performics is a great place to start out after college. You learn a lot, depending on which department you in. Some departments are lenient on working from home, they offer tuition reimbursement, and they give you ~3 weeks of PTO when you start. They have great maternity/paternity leave and really great health benefits. Ultimately, the best thing about Performics is the friendships - with peers of course, because upper management is horrible.

Cons

Upper management is the biggest con. Merits and promotions are never on time; they are always promised and then delayed for 9 months. And while upper management doesn't necessarily control that, they aren't transparent at all and are condescending when asked questions about financial concerns. All upper management are unappreciative and treat employees like they are replaceable. I've been at Performics for almost 5 years and have never seen the morale so low. Employees are dropping like flies because we're all over worked, underpaid, and unappreciated. Of all the agencies under the Publicis Media umbrella, Performics is by far the most underpaid.

Pros

The people, the clients and the work were amazing during my decade-long tenure

Cons

They underwent a consolidation a few years back. Not sure what their growth is looking like these days, but I still know a few colleagues who are still working there and loving it.
