Pros

Diverse workforce around the globe Excellent sales team - positions the company to work with brands on the Fortune 500 list

Cons

Management team is not great - they lack the experience and wherewithal to make tough choices if it has any impact to their bottom line. This comes at the expense of you, the employee, from learning opportunities to values and eventually your integrity. The company has a great employee promise, however it is not actively followed. The expectation once you sign an employment contract is they own you: when you arrive in the office, when you leave the office, what doctors you should see, when and how often. There is no autonomy. Ex - I routinely had 5-10 meetings/ day (mostly phone calls) but the rare few that involved leaving my desk without letting my director know would result in a text message and/or phone call inquiring about my location and how long I would be away. Benefits are less than great - 3 weeks of vacation which includes any sick time/ mental health days you might want to take. Very expensive health insurance (for single individuals). 401k match is not great - they do at least half the match in their own stock.

Pros

Very little outside of some of the people you work with. FTO is only nice if you have a manager who lets you use it. They did allow work from home, not sure if that is still the case.

Cons

This company was run poorly by Tom Hogan before private equity bought it but the buyout accelerated their decline. If you want to be a cog in the machine, this is the place for you. The leadership is only focused on themselves. They will praise you or throw you under the bus depending on how they feel it makes them look to their bosses. The employees who don’t have a stable long term project live in fear of being let go irregardless of talent and many of their most talented are leaving because they see the writing on the wall.
