Pros

I have had a fantastic experience working here, especially with the company's strong focus on becoming an AI-first organization. The initiative is not just a buzzword—it's backed by real action, including comprehensive training programs that are accessible across all levels of the organization. One of the standout aspects is the emphasis on continuous learning. Leaders genuinely encourage both upskilling and cross-skilling, creating an environment where personal and professional growth is a priority. The development projects are engaging and impactful, offering great exposure to cutting-edge technologies and meaningful work. Work-life balance is well-respected, which makes it easier to stay motivated and productive. The recent leadership changes have brought in a visionary direction that’s inspiring and forward-thinking. It’s exciting to be part of a company that’s not only adapting to the future but actively shaping it. Pros: Strong AI-first strategy and training Supportive leadership focused on growth Great development opportunities Healthy work-life balance Visionary new leadership

Cons

so far the Organisation is in the right path.

Pros

Very little outside of some of the people you work with. FTO is only nice if you have a manager who lets you use it. They did allow work from home, not sure if that is still the case.

Cons

This company was run poorly by Tom Hogan before private equity bought it but the buyout accelerated their decline. If you want to be a cog in the machine, this is the place for you. The leadership is only focused on themselves. They will praise you or throw you under the bus depending on how they feel it makes them look to their bosses. The employees who don’t have a stable long term project live in fear of being let go irregardless of talent and many of their most talented are leaving because they see the writing on the wall.
