Lies in the recruitment process. I’m glad to see they are now labeling it as a call center environment. During the recruiting process it was heard from the recruiter, and Director that the role would be 7-10 clients. Minimal queue work. However the role is 20+ clients. In the call queue all day. And god forbid you are a minute late for lunch because you will definitely hear about it!
Also word to the wise… Don’t bring anything of value to your desk, management will ship it back broke. Upon getting fired.
