Pros
When I first started at Paylocity, you could feel the positive energy as soon as you walked into the door. Teams were happy, engaged, partnering and fun. You could tell the organization was as focused on the employee experience as they were growing the organization. Benefits are good. The buildings are very inviting. People are awesome.
Cons
The landscape at Paylocity is changing. And quickly. Leaders no long see or treat employees as people, but instead as numbers and bottom lines. It appears those that used to be the biggest champions of people and Paylocity are leaving. Also, quickly. Others are either looking or don't have the time to look/interview because of Year End. People are often put down far more than they are praised for their work. The environment has become a sea of micromanagement and poor people leaders. Many people leave the office crying due to stress. Paylocity no longer feels like a "Great Place to Work."
