Thank you for your honest review. Since that time, we have made significant investments in the culture at Pasadena Humane and we have seen very positive results. We have regular engagement surveys and we have found over 90% of the staff feel they trust and work well with their co-workers and many would recommend Pasadena Humane to a friend! We also found over 80% of our staff have a positive view of the leadership at Pasadena Humane and they appreciate that we strive for continuous improvement.
