8yThank you for your thoughts above. It is so true that the loan ops teams need to be able to use their time efficiently. To that end, we have things I place like regular “quiet times” during every day when ops is head down in files and cannot be interrupted by sales directly during those windows. We also have an escalation procedure where go through sales management to ops management so the folks working on the files can stay focused. In addition, there is a weekly meeting between sales and operations leadership intended solely to proactively work through any issues in a collaborative and caring way.
However, should you ever find yourself in a situation where you feel like the above solutions and protocols are not addressing the needs of you or your team, please raise them with your manager and up or you can use the anonymous avenue through CultureLoop on Central Park.
