I applied in-person. I interviewed at Parkside Lending (Tulia, TX) in Apr 2024
Interview
Not that bad. Very thorough and explained well on what to expect and what not to expect in the role. Pros and cons in personality and differences in co workers

Interview
The interview process included three in office meetings and one go to meeting. They asked a various questions about my background and previews work history. I really appreciated the ability for them to be able schedule and coordinate things around what was best for my time.

Interview
I submitted my resume and was contacted by someone in HR at the company who told me that my background looked like a good fit for the position. A call with the hiring manager was scheduled for the next day. This was followed by a technical assessment that I did at home and sent back to the hiring manager. An in person interview was then scheduled for the following week. I had back to back interviews with 6 members of the staff and was there for about 5 hours. At the end of this long interview session, I was told that there were other candidates to interview but that I would hear back from them once they had made a decision. I was not contacted the following week nor the week after that but instead followed up myself via email. I was not offered the position. It is, unfortunate, in my opinion, that my investment of time and interest in the company and the job was not felt to warrant even a simple "Sorry we have chosen a different candidate ..." email to let me I was not chosen for the position. In my view, that is common courtesy and I would expect it when dealing with professional people.
