too much flexibility, leading to abuse by employees promotions happen because of the boss "likes" you most line managers are not concerned about employee development little training opportunities (excluding online training modules) global leadership does not understand asia culture and the needs of respective office most managers do things for the "sake of doing" instead of injecting real meaning into the actions they take Weak leadership especially managers are not trained properly and most people who are working extremely hard are not being recognized
