Pros
QA leadership do not have sufficient experience in QA domain resulting a predatory environment. Often in management meetings QA head wanted to team to be like brothers and sisters, while line managers take this as advantage for personal gain through financial benefits from subordinates
Cons
A non productive, toxic leadership team creating a toxic work environment, especially in APAC QA, still existing employees reach out to former colleagues for technical guidance which was not provided by current leadership team
