This was my first job and my biggest regret ever. First of all when I first started the training was a joke as none of the managers showed me how to do the job. One of the managers would always get mad and have an attitude with me when I messed up but it was literally my first week. As for the actual job it’s garbage too. It gets extremely busy especially on weekends and being understaffed made it worse. I’ve had interactions with decent customers but I’ve had more interactions with rude people. The customers were extremely rude and treated me like I wasn’t even a person most of the time. I’ve witnessed one of my co workers storming to the back in tears because of an interaction she had with a customer. If you like dealing with mean customers and crappy management than this is definitely the job for you😀
