Pros
Able to get whichever days you want off is extremely convenient, free meals on break, and the starting pay is way better than most.
Cons
Clear favoritism from the managers, horrible customers, physically demanding especially after closing, seem to be doing way more work than the managers and they put in less than half the work than the regular employees do! Moving up is also very hard.
