      Promotion from within; Excellent training (both classroom and on-line); Support to employee's through the Employee Care Coordinator; Varied sites and shifts, of which they try to match to each employee. You can work as much or as little as you wish.

      Decent pay, hours, and benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      They hold onto crappy employees, they'll lie straight to your face and manipulate you and the clients they have contracts with, communication is subpar.
