The manager's behavior towards their employees is not only unprofessional, but also dowering annoying and meaningless. Instead of leading and motivating their team, they choose to belittle and humiliate them at every opportunity. Their sarcastic comments and negative attitude force employees to feel demotivated and undervalued, leading to a toxic work environment. It is clear that this manager is good-for-nothing in terms of leadership and interpersonal skills, and their actions need to be addressed immediately.
