Hugely Agile - quick to make decisions, and they are acted on immediately Cutting Edge Tech - streaming architectures, massively performant transactional backend, massive investment in IaaS/SDN/Infra as Code etc for automation In-House - Code & Datacentres not outsourced, vast majority built and owned by employees

Cons

Fast rate of expansion and highly complex technology not for everyone Tool proliferation - Right tool for right job sometimes means too many tools for the same job...
