Pros
Betfair works with cutting-edge technology and everyday is a positive challenge. Agile helps the company delivering with pace and quality. The company keeps working to level up its standards and being able to cope with the challenges that grow each year. The payout and benefits are really good.
Cons
Too many management layers with no added value in-between, specially middle management. The ratio between quality of life and working hours may get foggy. There's some differences between the quality requirements between a full-time employee or a contractor, which make sometimes the overall quality poorer than it could be.
