Pros
Some of the most talented and driven people I have ever worked with; amazing benefits including a pension fund for people who are there for 5+ years; competitive salary
Cons
Some people are very overworked and have a lot of projects; this makes some people ineffective at their jobs (which can hurt your performance if you rely on them for parts of your project), or they can be very nasty people to work with if they choose to take it out on you. Overall: worst office culture of all the companies I have ever worked at. Feels like people just want to clock in and out. Competitive and catty.
