      Kind of work, not advanced systems or processes, painful leaders all confused, hierarchical work structure, re-org every six months, brands declining :( everyone panicking. Shouting, pushing others and or burnt out

      Hybrid work environment. Decent benefits. Great brands!

      Cons

      Constant reorg and a revolving door of senior leadership in the past 6 years. Those who are left are asked to do more with less. Culture is far from what it historically has been.
