Very high turnover !!! - Material Handler PVH Corp. Employee Review

This warehouse is extremely horrible in micro-managing employees out . Management treat you like in highschool condesending remarks and treatment .The 1st shift Operation Manager is just aweful she bullies , yells and set employees up to either get fired or just make people quit very manipulative person. This organization spends most of there money on recruiting new talent every month . The operations manager have chased out the good employees so mostly its temporary associates working here . Outdated computer systems , unorganized warehouse structure for employees , Union is not helpful at all . Human resources is aweful , onboarding is a joke no information on the company rules or safety about the warehouse . Safety accidents have been on a rise here 20 accidents in a month over the summer is highly concerning . No classes on safety rules or harrasment policies for the employees . No union meetings for the employees like it should be . Very low morale and stressed out enviroment thats why its a very high turnover with employees and supervisors .
