Pros
Each store seems to be a different experience as it depends on the team. The store i worked at had mostly good managers at the time.
Cons
The problem was my direct manager, AOR for cash, there were issues at cash, including cashiers who were disrespectful to customers and fellow employees, and the AOR wouldn't do a thing about it. After I left, store managers changed for a few locations, including the one I worked at. The store i worked at has gone through a few store managers, and it seems like they just hire anyone who's available regardless of people skills, ethics, and level of common sense that the person has.
