      Pros

      Puma is a very personal company with a great atmosphere. Puma is very interested in the problems of its employees. I like that very much. Puma focuses on its employees. They have done a lot for them. I left my company after 20 years and started at Puma. It was the best career decision of my life.

      Sometimes it can be difficult for juniors to take the next step in their careers
