5yThank you for your employment at PRO Club and for your candid feedback. We're happy that you are enjoying an active clientele and have been able to maintain your employment with us. COVID has been a challenging time at the club and we appreciate you! During normal times, our personal trainer team usually has group team meetings and outside group activities to create more community. We all would enjoy more community within PRO, it's the magic of our service culture. As far as "leaving your personal lives at the door", part of our service culture is "Backstage remains Backstage", which means that in order to provide the exceptional experience for our members, we ask that personal conversations/business is conducted off the main floor so that our members and guests are our main priority. The personal trainer team has been given first priority to maintain their fitness and exercise knowledge by being the only professional team to utilize the fitness centers during COVID based on government guidelines. Due to limited capacity, we are reserving the space for our members so that they may have the opportunity to exercise safely and comfortably which is based on government guidelines. Thank you for your patience and we hope to be back to complete operations in phase 3.
