There is a great work-life balance, work schedule is flexible and is a great place to get CRO experience. You get exposed to a wide range of research problems and bioanalytical methods ans procedures. Great company culture
Cons
Very few promotional opportunities and compensation is below market rate. Salary employes are expected to put over 50+ hours of work a week. Almost no opportunities of continued education. There is a significant rotation of personal in junior positions and the senior leadership have been there for ever without much interest to help you advance in your career.
