Pros
Excellent training programs, lots of room for growth but promotions are very competitive.
Cons
Recent global restructuring leaves many questions about the future of company unanswered. Too many jobs going overseas. Oftentimes you will be overallocated on projects and need to alert management that you are being overworked. Sometimes this has an effect, sometimes it does not....really depends on your manager. The company culture used to be friendly and fun but now, since everyone is home-based, its a ghost town in the office.
