Pros
Stable job. Supportive management. Friendly, collaborative environment. Many opportunities to work on many different types of projects (as long as you show competency with your current work and take initiative to communicate your interests to your supervisors). Great place to work for early career.
Cons
The pay is not very competitive for most mid-to-late positions if you compare it to the pharma/biotech industry as a whole. However, keep in mind that this is consistent with most other CROs in the pharmaceutical industry that do not generate revenue from intellectual properties and compete for contracts to service pharma and biotech companies.
