Pros
Generally, very nice team/s, clear goals, good management, productive environment, decent benefits and growth potential.
Cons
Being a large global company, it may be slow to respond when it comes to needs of groups of its employees. Also, as it has a very metrics-based work environment, the workloads are often pretty high.
