      - low stress environment - there are good jobs if you get in the right click

      Cons

      - look elsewhere for "product development" - it doesn't exist - no developers can be found - mostly just people filling space and wasting time (no work gets done) - brain drain (too many good people leaving) - incompetent line managers

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
